Engineering Manager Frontend (H/F)

📋 Description

• Manage an engaged frontend development team delivering quality work on time
• Define and implement front-end technical best practices (performance, robustness, scalability) with
• Structure and drive frontend technical architecture in collaboration with architects, SRE, back-end
• Act as the Frontend referent, raising the collective technical level and representing expertise
• Define roadmap with project managers and ensure projects are delivered in time and meet quality
• Collaborate closely with Product and UX teams to align technical objectives with business needs

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in front-end development on a modern web stack with imperative
• Elegant and engineer-designed solutions
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong organizational, delegation, and autonomous skills
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Passionate about quality code, automated tests, and ambitious technical challenges
