📋 Description

• Lead and grow a frontend team focused on design systems and tooling.
• Own the design system strategy and accessible React components across products.
• Drive accessibility across web and mobile; establish standard processes.
• Partner with UX/Product/Analytics to research roadmaps and set tech direction.
• Mentor engineers to deliver polished React.js and frontend/mobile work.
• Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate development and improve workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Led UI infrastructure as a product; ship a design system cross-platform.
• Build/design system with broad adoption across web and mobile teams.
• 5+ years frontend experience (React, TypeScript, JavaScript); mobile exp.
• 2+ years leading, growing, and inspiring engineering teams.
• Experience building or contributing to a shared component library.
• Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and ownership mindset.
• Ability to integrate Generative AI tools into daily workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Math/Engineering or equivalent.
