Engineering Manager, GenAI Platform

📋 Description

• Lead GenAI Platform team: delivery, quality, and people development.
• Own platform roadmap: LLM gateway, agentic runtime, MCP layer, data retrieval.
• Align platform roadmap with Data & AI Products priorities.
• Hire and grow the team to deliver on the technical vision.
• Partner with SRE on reliability and production readiness.
• Manage cost and resourcing: LLM spend, infra costs, headcount.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant engineering management experience in platform or infrastructure teams.
• Deep technical expertise in AI infrastructure; participate in architecture discussions.
• Experience managing senior, highly autonomous engineers.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through significant change and architectural inflection.
• AI-assisted engineering experience; familiarity with Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
