Engineering Manager, GenAI Platform

📋 Description

• Lead the GenAI Platform team daily as builder-leader: delivery, quality, and growth.
• Own platform roadmap delivery: LLM gateway, agentic runtime, MCP layer, & hybrid transition.
• Manage stakeholders with Data & AI Products; align roadmap to product demand.
• Drive hiring to build a team delivering the vision and roadmap.
• Partner with SRE on reliability standards, incident management, and production readiness.
• Own team cost/resourcing: LLM spend, infra costs, headcount.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant engineering management in platform or infrastructure teams.
• Deep AI infrastructure expertise; participate in architecture decisions.
• Experience managing senior, autonomous engineers.
• Led teams through significant architectural change/inflexion point.
• AI-assisted engineering with Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
