📋 Description

Manage an engineering team of 3-6 for GovCloud offering.
Support growth and development with feedback and mentorship.
Plan projects with GTM, CS, and Security for authorization.
Coordinate with Product and Eng and other departments.
Act as escalation point for gov environment issues with customers.
Contribute to technical discussions while keeping autonomy.

🎯 Requirements

Engineering management or team lead experience; SaaS preferred.
Experience in compliance-regulated or security-sensitive gov envs.
Experience with AWS GovCloud or Azure Government; air-gapped familiarity.
Strong track record as software, infra, or systems engineer.
Engineer productivity focus; improve dev experience and build times.
Familiar with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL.
