📋 Description

• Lead ~7 engineers across Prague and Bangalore in one codebase.
• Own platform reliability; ship safe, scalable deployments.
• Build on a TypeScript codebase (Encore) across services.
• Automate infra provisioning; 60+ services auto-wired.
• Ship code daily; one PR can touch 23 services and go to prod.
• Mentor engineers and drive end-to-end ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading software engineering teams.
• Strong TypeScript and backend with microservices experience.
• Distributed systems, reliability, and observability expertise.
• Proven track record delivering impact and owning incidents.
• Player-coach style; mentor a seven-engineer team.
• Willing to work in hybrid Prague on-site role (3 days/wk).
