Engineering Manager, Growth

📋 Description

• Lead and scale the monetization and growth engineering teams
• Own monetization platform: payments, billing, pricing, AI usage tracking
• Own growth surfaces: onboarding, activation, and lifecycle experiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally on funnel: onboarding and focus areas
• Build a fast-moving yet durable shared systems and experiments
• Mentor, coach, and develop engineers on the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a senior+ engineer; 2+ years managing teams
• Growth engineering leadership with activation/retention metrics
• Monetization/payments infrastructure experience (subscriptions, billing)
• Deep thinker about product experiences and funnels
• Comfortable with ambiguity to drive growth bets
• Hands-on and technical enough to guide direction and review code
