• Lead Growth Engineering squads to drive activation and monetization.
• Build high-performing teams owning activation, adoption, and monetization.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data to shape strategy and experiments.
• Balance speed with engineering excellence and strong UX.
• Coach engineers on quality, instrumentation, and product-minded engineering.
• Translate experiments into measurable business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager.
• Experience leading growth-focused org with experimentation and onboarding.
• Deep experience with experimentation, analytics, and event instrumentation.
• Hands-on familiarity with Snowflake, Segment, Growthbooks.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Data as a strategic partner.
• Experience managing SaaS web apps; Ruby on Rails and React preferred.
