Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-fidelity tests

🎯 Requirements

Has 7+ years of experience, with 2–3 years in engineering leadership
Proven ability to hire, mentor, and grow technical teams
Deep familiarity with real-time hardware platforms (dSPACE/Speedgoat)
Translate program requirements into a technical roadmap and lab plan
Strong communicator to senior leadership and external defense customers
Thrives in ambiguous, early-stage environments and builds structure
