• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, a designer and data scientists to build intelligent
• Take ownership of payment intelligence products already built, working with the team and product
• Be accountable for the quality, delivery and operation of everything the team ships.
• Support people through 1:1s, feedback and career development.
• Step in wherever the team needs, earning credibility with senior engineers and data scientists.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in coding with Python and Ruby on Rails for backend and JavaScript/React
• Commitment to building reliable, well-tested systems.
• Enthusiasm for working in a strong culture of experimentation, testing and learning.
• Experience supporting and growing a group of engineers.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaboration and cross-functional work with product managers, designers, data scientists, and
