📋 Description

• Set the team's roadmap, planning cycles and OKRs with Product and business partners, translating
• Build reusable reconciliation and settlement capabilities that support multiple markets without
• Guide architecture, design and code reviews—and contribute code when needed—to keep services
• Own production reliability through observability, service-level targets, incident improvement and
• Improve the software development lifecycle by reducing technical debt and using approved GenAI
• Align Product, Finance, Operations and engineering stakeholders on project objectives, delivery

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including designing and operating
• At least 3 years managing teams of 5 or more engineers, with experience hiring, coaching and
• Hands-on experience with Go, microservices and cloud platforms such as AWS, including making
• Experience with payments funds flows, including gateways or acquirers, reconciliation, clearing and
• Experience designing payment integrations or real-time transaction systems with appropriate
• Experience setting and improving operational standards for observability, service-level targets
