Engineering Manager, Information Security

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Information Security team; deliver on the security roadmap.
• Own detection and response end-to-end; tune detections and reduce response time.
• Serve as incident commander; coordinate investigations and post-incident reviews.
• Own escalation path for customer security concerns; triage and resolve.
• Scale the team with automation and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strengthen cloud and corporate security posture across IAM, endpoints, and SaaS.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years information security; 2+ years leading a security team.
• Hands-on detection engineering, SIEM, incident response; plus cloud IAM.
• Coding ability and automation; AI-assisted security workflows.
• Practical, risk-based approach; focus on reducing risk.
• Strong written communication: runbooks, post-mortems, briefs.
• Bachelor's degree; desirable CISSP/GIAC and fintech/real estate experience.
