📋 Description

• Lead delivery of third-party integrations and platform capabilities from prioritization through
• Create reusable playbooks, technical patterns, and processes that reduce the time and effort
• Mentor and coach engineers, promoting technical growth and aligning their development with team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience directly managing software engineers.
• Experience leading integrations, API/developer platforms, ecosystems, or marketplace teams.
• Proven record shipping and operating third-party integrations, managing partner dependencies and
• Strong people leadership, including coaching for growth and promotion and addressing sustained
• Builds clear operating mechanisms for prioritization, delivery, quality, and cross-functional
• Effective cross-functional partner to Product, TPM, GTM, and external technical stakeholders; able
