🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ yrs engineering mgmt (Manager) or 5-10+ yrs (Senior Manager).
• Proven experience managing principal engineers.
• Comfortable with compensation dynamics of senior ICs.
• Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Technical enough to read and occasionally contribute to code.
• Platform engineering, SRE, DevOps background.
• Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure experience.
• GitOps workflows; GitHub/GitLab admin, CI/CD.
