🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software development
• 3+ years delivering solutions, leading and assessing delivery
• 1+ year leading a team
• Strong in at least one language: Java, C++, .NET, JS, or Python
• Experience designing and implementing architectural solutions
• English: upper-intermediate and higher
