Engineering Manager (Java, AWS, Python)

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the
• Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions using Java, microservices architecture
• Ensure high quality software delivery through best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Actively participate in sprints, contributing hands-on to software development and implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 Years of total experience and 5+ years of experience in java, microservices, python, SQL and
• At least 4 years of experience in managing people
• Drive AI adoption to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and operational efficiency.
• Experience in search technologies such as Solr or Open Search
• Expertise of AWS Services like EC2, EKS and Lambda.
