Engineering Manager, K4B

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple agile teams; ship high-quality software aligned to goals.
• Define and drive the team's technical roadmap with PMs and leaders.
• Design and enforce engineering best practices: standards, testing, observability, DoD.
• Lead hiring and performance management from sourcing to promotions.
• Coach engineers at all levels via regular 1:1s and structured feedback.
• Collaborate with product, design, and peer managers on multi-team initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years leading travel-engineering teams focused on supplier integrations (APIs, GDS).
• 8+ years software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Proven ownership and innovation in a data-driven environment.
• Experience guiding agile transformations and continuous improvement.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, API design, backend architecture.
• Experience owning full people-management lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, reviews.
