📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery for one or more agile teams, shipping high-quality software aligned to KPIs.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap, translating goals into a prioritized plan.
• Design and enforce engineering best practices: coding standards, tests, observability, DoD.
• Lead hiring and performance management for the team, from sourcing to promotions.
• Coach engineers at all levels through regular 1:1s and structured feedback.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering managers to plan multi-team initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year leading travel tech teams with supplier integrations (APIs/NDC).
• 8+ years software engineering; 3+ years in leadership; shipping fast.
• Ownership and innovation in data-driven environments.
• Experience driving agile transformation and process improvements.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, API design, backend architecture.
• Full people management lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, reviews, growth.
• Proficient with Agile, CI/CD, automated testing and observability.
