Engineering Manager, Kubernetes Infrastructure (Bare Metal)

📋 Description

• Lead a team building and operating Kubernetes infra on bare metal
• Own reliability, performance, and operability for AI/ML workloads
• Grow engineers, set priorities, and align with platform, networking, compute, and product teams
• Scale impact with durable engineering systems and clear delivery plans
• Partner across interfaces for provisioning, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Build cross-functional relationships and foster a high-accountability culture

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading an infra/platform or SRE team
• Strong Kubernetes, distributed systems, production infra skills
• Experience running Kubernetes in complex environments (bare metal, hybrid, or performance-sensitive)
• Familiar with cluster lifecycle: provisioning, upgrades, observability, reliability
• Proven track record improving team execution and reliability
• Experience guiding incident response and post-incident improvements
