📋 Description

• Build and grow a high-performing full-stack team with ownership and urgency.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building software across the stack with scalable design; TS/Node.js/React a plus.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams with strong cross-functional communication.
• Thrives in fast-paced startups or early-stage environments with ownership.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in cross-functional teams.
• AI-native: experience with Claude Code, Codex, and MCP servers.
• Product-minded, pragmatic, and data-driven with good trade-offs.
