Engineering Manager (m/f/x)

📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional Data and Cloud Platform team.
• Own data processing frameworks and scalable data platform capabilities.
• Manage cloud infra, cost, and observability.
• Oversee platform security concepts, tenant config, and device mgmt.
• Drive automation, CI/CD pipelines, and developer enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software/DevOps/Data Eng or STEM; 2+ years in leadership
• Strong people leadership: coaching, hiring, performance mgmt.
• Hands-on design assessment; identify risks; pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with technical and non-tech
• Hands-on Python, PySpark ETLs; Cloud infra (AWS/Databricks)
• Experience with IoT devices is advantageous
