• Strong track record in leading and coaching engineers.
• Technical judgement in architecture and system design.
• Ability to translate business goals into executable engineering plans.
• Experience delivering roadmaps in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on with production code when needed to unblock the team or incidents.
• Interest in ML/AI; practical experience a plus but not required.
