🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software/ML engineering; 2+ years managing engineers.
• Prod ML/distributed infra experience; hands-on in training, serving, deployment, or GPU infra.
• Solid ML data understanding: training data quality, reproducibility, and evaluation data.
• Familiarity with deep learning, transformers, and large-scale training/serving workloads.
• Strong systems thinking; partner with senior ICs on architectural trade-offs.
• Track record delivering platforms that boost ML/engineering productivity.
