• Own reliability of Groupon IQ platform and decide when agent-written code is safe to ship
• Lead ~7 engineers across Prague and Bangalore in one codebase
• Trace and fix backend reliability issues end to end, write post-mortems
• Write production code daily
• Own the AI code-review bar and standards for merging agent-written code
• Absorb and consolidate the company's admin tools without dragging platform down
