🎯 Requirements

• 2 years leading an AI/ML engineering team.
• Proven ability to solve complex ML problems and plan strategy.
• Production ML models in production at scale; backend Python.
• Production data pipelines with Spark, Kafka, Snowflake.
• Hands-on Python in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
