🎯 Requirements

• Experience as engineering manager or senior mobile lead.
• Strong mobile background: iOS (Swift) and Android; Kotlin a plus.
• Deep product focus; understands users and business needs.
• Excellent asynchronous written communication.
• Able to work across timezones and operate autonomously.
• Mentoring, coaching and recruitment experience.
