Engineering Manager - Mobile App

📋 Description

• Deliver the Alma Wallet roadmap: Alma card, payment methods, identity verification and Open Banking.
• Lead and grow the Alma Wallet squad, supporting engineer development and hiring.
• Build an effective delivery system improving team processes and collaboration.
• Deliver a strategic payment roadmap covering card, mobile pay and local methods.
• Raise the technical bar and protect reliability through code reviews and design discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing/leading engineers, including hiring and team development.
• Strong technical credibility in mobile or back-end engineering.
• Experience delivering products in cross-functional squads with Product/Design.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in fintech or regulated environments is a plus.
• Experience with payment methods or PSP SDK integrations is a plus.
