Engineering Manager, Model Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a high-performing team for Model Infrastructure.
• Define roadmap for reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Build provisioning, capacity management, failover, and incident response.
• Own multi-provider model platform: integrations, SDK upgrades, API migrations.
• Drive Unified Model Controller and Model Selector routing.
• Improve observability and cost reporting across providers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, incl. managing teams.
• Lead teams for large-scale distributed systems or cloud infra.
• Strong technical background to guide architecture and mentor engineers.
• Experience operating highly available production services.
• Experience building scalable, observable, automated platforms.
• Cross-functional leadership across Eng, Research, Product, and vendors.
