📋 Description

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Mentor engineers at all levels, supporting their growth through coaching, structured feedback, and

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing software engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, and
• Strong ability to drive technical decision-making and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced
• Experience in payments or fintech, ideally working on fraud prevention, risk, reconciliation
• Solid hands-on backend engineering background, with proficiency in Java, Golang, Kotlin, or similar
• Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures, APIs, and integration
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, and with systems where data accuracy and auditability
