🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and managing a team shipping products.
• 4+ years building user-facing products with a strong technical background.
• Experience designing backend services and full-stack experiences.
• Cross-functional collaboration with clear thinking and communication.
• Autonomy and responsibility in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to drive architectural decisions with senior engineers.
• Foster an inclusive, challenging, supportive work env.
• Experience with financial product companies and interest in financial markets.
