Drive architecture improvements and product delivery for high-impact, regulated product offerings.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years as an engineering manager
8+ years as an engineer
Strong critical thinking, decision making, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Experience managing quality incidents as technical and communication lead
Experience with scaled products, data, legal/human impact, and regulatory nuances
Strong experience with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies
