📋 Description

• Manage and support a team of 7–8 engineers for RightsDB
• Implement a Publishing Deny List (PDL) and ingest UGC rights via DDEX
• Mentor teammates to grow skills and career paths
• Foster inclusive, growth-oriented culture
• Partner with product, design, legal, and rights ops to set scope
• Align business needs with technical delivery and strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in people management of software teams
• 5+ years hands-on engineering experience
• Experience with web, backend, or full-stack work
• Comfort with stakeholders from technical and non-technical backgrounds
• Collaborative, outcome-driven mindset
• Careful about user experience, data accuracy, and integrity
