Engineering Manager (Network Value)

📋 Description

• Lead the Network Value engineering team (5-8 engineers)
• Own delivery on externally-committed launches and metrics
• Set technical/operational roadmap across segmentation and subnetworks
• Mentor team; develop a tech-lead layer beneath you
• Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Data, and payer-facing teams
• Drive impact with data-informed decisions in a high-growth environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years engineering management in a high-growth startup
• 4+ years software engineering experience with technical direction credibly
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams delivering outcomes
• Strong product mindset and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience owning externally-committed metrics or launches
• Comfort with data- and ML-heavy systems: measurement, experimentation, guardrails
