5+ years of software engineering with production systems at scale
2+ years in engineering management leading senior engineers
Experience building/operating observability platforms (logs, metrics, traces)
Knowledge of SLOs/SLIs, incident management, and fault-tolerant design
Experience scaling telemetry systems, storage backends, and query layers
Experience with distributed systems, performance engineering, and scale/cost trade-offs
