🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management with hiring and mentoring teams.
• Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems and data infra.
• Experience with observability platforms or AI/ML-powered infra is a plus.
• Strong technical judgment balancing long-term investments with near-term priorities.
• Passion for developer experience, platform engineering, and AI-driven productivity.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and infra.
