Engineering Manager, Observability, Monitoring, and Integrations (Monetization)

📋 Description

• Lead observability, reliability, and cross-system integrations in Monetization.
• Hire and grow the team; set direction; AI-driven anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with product, design, sales, finance, IT, and support.
• Stand up the team; establish operating rhythms and incident response.
• Improve fulfillment systems reliability, data quality, and revenue flows.
• Define integration strategy with Salesforce/Workato and durable API contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading product, platform, or dev teams.
• Strong technical judgment in architecture and complex integrations.
• Experience with billing, provisioning, subscriptions, or revenue systems.
• Knowledge of observability-first architectures; Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience defining SLIs/targets and writing runbooks.
• Strong collaboration and written communication across teams.
