Engineering Manager: Offsite Discovery

📋 Description

• Partner with Product Manager to set quarterly goals with measurable impact
• Guide engineers' growth, ownership, and overcoming challenges
• Lead recruiting and hiring for your team
• Define and execute the team’s engineering strategy
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and alerts for operational health
• Improve operational excellence through tech stack and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software development experience, at least 2 years leading teams
• Proven record of high-load real-time systems in production
• Python; AWS; JavaScript a plus
• Solid understanding of system architecture and API design
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers
• Excellent English; able to attend meetings 11 am - 5 pm UTC
