Engineering Manager, Partner & Deployment Engineering

📋 Description

• Own planning and delivery across partner integrations and deployment formats.
• Manage staffing, performance, and career growth across both teams.
• Own the technical relationship with partner engineering counterparts.
• Set and hold the bar for production-ready partner integrations and deployment artifacts.
• Set relative priority across active partnerships and deployment work streams.
• Ensure every completed integration produces a corresponding, maintained deployment artifact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with exposure to distributed systems, Kubernetes, or cloud
• 3+ years managing software engineers or engineering teams.
• Experience with long-cycle technical partnerships or integrations with external companies.
• Proven experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Deep familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm), and Kubernetes.
• Experience partnering with senior or staff-level engineers on technical direction.
