📋 Description

• Lead one or more engineering teams building and operating critical payments systems.
• Set clear priorities and empower engineers; partner cross-functionally to deliver outcomes.
• Define a roadmap balancing scale, reliability, regulatory needs, and product innovation.
• Reduce systemic technical debt and uphold operational excellence for global money systems.
• Navigate complex tradeoffs and align technical efforts with business priorities.
• Create clarity across technical and business decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years managing an engineering team; 9+ years software development.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's in CS or equivalent experience.
• Strong backend systems experience and user-facing features.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; ability to influence.
• Proven ability to hire, retain, grow engineers and diverse teams.
