Engineering Manager - Payments Integrations

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Mentor engineers at all levels with coaching and feedback.
• Own end-to-end integrations with PSPs, acquirers, gateways.
• Drive hands-on architecture design, code reviews, troubleshooting.
• Enforce coding standards, testing, observability, and docs.
• Ensure secure SDLC (OWASP, privacy, and compliance).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams (hiring, coaching, performance).
• Strong ability to drive technical decision-making in fast-moving env.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on backend engineering experience with Golang or similar.
• Understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, integrations.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
