📋 Description

• Lead and grow Platform, Fullstack, and SRE engineers.
• Own reliability and operational health of production systems.
• Define the roadmap for infrastructure, CI/CD, and tooling.
• Drive AI-powered workflows for debugging and deployment.
• Lead incident response and blameless postmortems.
• Reduce operational toil through automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering, 2+ years managing teams.
• Experience leading Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, SRE, or DevProd.
• Strong cloud infra, CI/CD, observability, and distributed systems knowledge.
• Experience operating production systems at scale.
• Clear communicator; translate platform strategy to product/business.
• You have an insatiable desire to ship.
