Engineering Manager, Platform and AI Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own the shared systems and AI infrastructure powering Anrok.
• Hire, manage, and grow the Platform and AI Infra team.
• Set product/technical strategy with quality execution.
• Write and review code with engineers on the team as needed.
• Foster a collaborative culture of feedback and growth.
• Find appropriate uses of AI in automation or as automation itself.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, with software background.
• Track record of setting individuals and teams up for success.
• You enjoy coding and have strong technical acumen for decisions.
• Experience building AI infrastructure for production LLM-powered or agentic products.
• Experience building shared services and primitives to speed the org.
• Curious and motivated to learn new AI tools and apply them.
