🎯 Requirements

5+ years in technical leadership and people management at a SaaS business
Experience building Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is a strong plus
Proven background as a software engineer with a track record of driving large-scale distributed
Proven experience in scaling engineering orgs and building career frameworks
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive leadership and
Good command of English, at B2 level or higher
