📋 Description

• Own people leadership for two engineering teams.
• Shape architecture and technical direction with the Engineering Lead.
• Partner with the Director to grow the Engineering Leads group.
• Drive prioritization discipline and incremental delivery of business value.
• Assess team effectiveness and translate insights into action.
• Champion AI-native engineering practices across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in formal management role managing engineers of different levels.
• Strong IC experience building software at scale, preferably with Elixir, Ruby, or TypeScript.
• Effective communication across technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong track record as an engineer or manager during rapid growth.
• Proficient with AI-assisted coding tools and hands-on experience.
