• Establish and manage to SLAs within your team
• Be a strong mentor and cross-functional advocate for your team
• Contribute meaningfully to team strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in backend or full stack product development
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Highly technical, enough to solve almost any problem your team has yourself, but prefer to guide
• Ability to work independently - working with stakeholders mostly based in North America
• Excellent communication skills - collaborate effectively with teams in a fully-remote environment
