🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in backend or full stack product development
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Highly technical, able to solve almost any problem yourself, but prefer to guide your team into
• Ability to work independently; you'll be working with stakeholders that are mostly based in North
• Excellent communication skills; must collaborate effectively with teams in a fully-remote
