• Lead and manage the Discovery & My Account team, accountable for delivery, quality, and
• Turn product priorities into a realistic plan, balance capacity across roadmap, sustaining work
• Track delivery, performance, and reliability metrics for owned services
• Lead people: 1:1s, feedback, career development, performance reviews, and hiring
• Work closely with Product, Design, Product Services, and other engineering teams, surface risks and
• Help make decisions with customers and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Solid background in software engineering
• Seasoned Engineering Manager with strong experience leading software engineering teams
• Proven track record of growing people, managing performance, and delivering complex technical
• Hands-on and curious about using AI/LLMs, automation, and modern dev tools
• AI critical thinking is a must
• Advanced English
