📋 Description

• Lead and develop a pod of frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience and 2–5+ years of people management experience.
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary engineering teams (frontend + backend).
• Strong product engineering background shipping user-facing workflows.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and move quickly with incomplete information.
• Technical grounding to evaluate designs, review code, and guide architecture decisions.
