Engineering Manager - Product (Python)

📋 Description

• You will lead and bridge product vision with cloud-native engineering for AI/GenAI platforms.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and platform teams to translate requirements into robust
• Drive architecture decisions and set engineering standards across SaaS cloud services.
• Lead and coach software and cloud engineers; influence through code reviews and design sessions.
• Improve CI/CD, deployment, and operational excellence while maintaining reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s/PhD in a quantitative field (CS, Math, Stats, Econ, Physics).
• 8+ years in software dev with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and cloud-native design.
• Strong Python; working knowledge of Node.js/React valued.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Leadership, communication, and global collaboration skills.
