Engineering Manager, Production Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of infra engineers.
• Define long-term infra strategy and execution priorities.
• Drive tech direction for compute infra, networking, Kubernetes, and workflows.
• Own Harvey's global compute and network infrastructure.
• Build scalable IaC and automation with Terraform and Pulumi.
• Establish observability and incident readiness across the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software or infra engineering
• 5+ years leading engineering teams
• Cloud infra on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Production Kubernetes expertise
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Pulumi
• Observability, monitoring, and incident response
